Find your Sacred Berth Space

Holistic support for women and birthers navigating pregnancy, birth, loss, and the profound transformation into motherhood and beyond.

The journey through pregnancy, birth and parenthood is like navigating vast, unknown seas. While the waves may be rough and the waters uncertain, your berth is where you find rest, safety, and gentle rocking amidst the unknown. Together, we'll cultivate your sacred space of support.

“What is Berth Work?”

A berth is a ship's designated place at the wharf or dock—a bed or bunk, a resting place on a vessel moving through vast waters.

As we journey through life, accompanied by constant change with the surrounding landscape forever rushing by us, the Berth becomes our sanctuary. It's where we dock and moor our ship, the solace we find when we need to rest. Our Berth is our sacred space—a place we can cultivate and return to whenever we need grounding.

The journey into matrescence mirrors this experience. So much is being thrown at us—the waves may be rough, the seas unknown—but amidst it all, our berth offers a place of rest and gentle rocking within the vast unknown.

Together, we feel into, cultivate, and discover your berth space. This is Berth Work.

Who I Support

I'm here for the mothers, the women, and all birthing people who are holding so much throughout this journey—whether you're partnered or navigating this path on your own.

I work with and hold space for:

  • Fertility journeys - IVF, egg harvesting, conception challenges

  • Pregnancy transitions - All stages of pregnancy, prenatal care

  • Birth experiences - Including traumatic birth processing

  • Loss and grief - Miscarriage, abortion support

  • Postpartum - Postnatal care, postpartum depression, returning to work

  • Alternative paths - Surrogate pregnancy support

  • Working mothers - Balancing career and fertility/motherhood

why this work matters

I believe birth, motherhood, and the journey of caregiving deserve far more support than what's typically available. Instead, there's often silence, loneliness, and isolation around what should be one of life's most supported transitions. This life-changing experience is frequently viewed through a purely medical or physiological lens, but I'm here to hold all parts of your experience.

While I'm trained as a doula, my work creates a holistic space for the vastness of what pregnancy, birth, and matrescence truly encompass. I serve as both witness and reflection to the transformation you're experiencing, offering compassionate care and perspective along your path.
